    Read Please

I have just started working out a couple months ago and I have noticed the line in my biceps is gone and my biceps are starting to take shape of somewhat a ball form... But when I flex its not all solid and I do not know if im doing things right..

    Curl 24lbs - warmup 1 set 10 reps
    Curl 34lbs - 1 set 10 reps
    Curl 40lbs - 1 set 10 reps

    then I do

    Curl 24lbs - warmup 1 set 10 reps
    Curl 34lbs - 1 set 10 reps

all of this using the ez-curl bar standing up.

Then I use barbelles and I use the 20lb one and do 1 set on each hand of 10 reps and then I do 25lbs for 6 reps each hand.

Please tell me if im doing good enough for biceps.

Why do a lot of guys work their arms and chest only? Work your back, shoulders and legs.

if your just starting lifting forget all that isolation buisness and do the big excercises. you will grow so much more from spending that time on pull ups, rows and deadlifts. your arms will come along for the ride.

well buddy, if you're noticing changes then you are definitely doing something right, as long you keep goin heavier you will get bigger. but make sure you work your whole body and not just your biceps...those big bi-s will come a lot faster if you work everything and diet right............
