    Gold's is going downhill

so I went there today. I had been going to the gym at the coast guard base.
They don't even give you towels anymore, they took out all the cardio machines
that have the ability to read your heartrate. And charged me for the free tans
I had on my contract. Screw them I will just go somewhere else

    canceling today.

sorry I'm just a little upset.

    Gold's is a gym, not a spa.

Seriously though, most of the Golds gyms here in my area are just like 24 Hour Fitless.

I hear what you all are saying about the whole spa deal. I am just used to Gold's being
top of the line in everything. I have been working out at them all over the country for
over 5yrs and this one here is just a turd compared to every other one i've seen. I
did get the money back for the tanning that was suppose to be free though. Oh well
there is always the bowflex lol

gonna go check out a local fittness center here that is free to coast guard member's
    so we'll see.
