    Is it ok to lift after your breakfast?

    Trying to schedule a good workout time
    Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

    If it works for you it works. I usually train about 5 PM when my energy's higher. I used to train right after a meal at 530 AM. I got used to this after a while and was fine. There was a couple of times starting out that I wanted to hurl though.

    My energy is down in the afternoon, I usually drink my preworkout shake 2.5 hours after breakfast, then lift 30-60 mins later.
