    love handles

I am cursed with these horrid things. It seems to be I can never get rid of
them no matter how cut I get. Is there any methods any of you use for this
    same problem?

You cant spot reduce like that. everyone is a little different in exactely what parts of the body the fat is last to leave. If you stick at it and lower youre bf% all the way down then theres no way your love handles will remain.

    train your obliques.

if they were untrained before you wil firm the muscle and notice a huge difference in no time.

you can not turn fat into muscle, therefore excercises for your love handels will most likely not help, Diet is key, If you cut (properly, most newbies and people who dont know our sport, loose muscle and not much fat when they cut, maybe that happened to you) so you can not tell me that you have love handels if you had a good cutting diet.....I have small love handels when I am on a bulk but that goes away once i am on a cut and....

well for me it depends on what day it is, ussually I wake up in the morning and have a 40g protein powder and water, then after about 2-3 hours I have some tuna, 5 eggwhites and 1 whole egg and a serving of oatmeal, then after about 3 hours I have maybe some beef or chicken with broccoli and some pasta or rice, then after 3 hours of that I have another protein shake with oatmeal, the after that another meal either tuna and cottage cheese or a protein shake with oatmeal whatever I feel like.....i also forgot to mention that I do have a few snack a day here and there....it works for me, I also put in extra calories a day even tho i am cutting, I just make it up with cardio, i dont want to restrict myself calories becasue of muscle loss....I am not to freaked out with being cut tothe bones, I just cut down just so i have a light 6 pack without flexing, I would much rather be more of a beefcake then extremely cut...

I feel your pain. I do 6-8 hours of cardio work a week and I still have them next to my navel and on the sides even though my abs are visible...drives me crazy. I look stupid with a six pack and love handles.

I used to be quite overweight though so I use them as a reminder to always keep improving. It just seems like they are deposits that stand out and I'd probably have to either get lipo or get down to an unreasonably skinny size to get rid of them. I've never tried anything like Ab-solved or Lipoderm although I have heard good things about them.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Lipo ultra works well with cardio and a good diet. Doesn't do anything impressive with out a good diet. I got a free bee bottle and tried it for shits and giggles just doing HIIT 3 days a week 15min sessions and eating what ever I wanted and I did make some visable progress wasn't a total waist, but I made a lot more progress with my 2nd bottle when I didn't eat like crap.
