What is everyone favorite arm workout for massive growth. I go with 3*10 curls with curl bar, 3*10 single arm curls, 3*10 skull crushers, 3*10 close grip bench. As you can tell i work out at home i'm hittin a wall and would like some input.
Because of the nature of the activity I enjoy (rock climbing, endurance is key) I like to throw in some wacked endurance training. Seems to work quite well.
Small weight, huge reps. Last week was something like 15lbs x 50 reps, then 10 lbs x 75 and finished with 5lbs x 100 reps. About the same thing for tris.
It's kinda funny struggling to lift 5lbs. :-D
