    My tape measure has run away as I think I have overused it. From memory I'm around 5'10", 185 lbs, 41"ch, 34"w,26"quads with 15"c. calves that is.
    Looking FWG to buying a XX size shirt this year.

    5'8" 180 lbs. and 31 inch waist. I'll measure after my next series of workouts.
