Isn't the 8 X 8 workout routine the same (or nearly)as German Volume Training (10 X 10)? Both produce the same results?

it's a close to it as any other training program that I have seen. very good for building muscular endurance. is it optimum for hypertrophy ? IMO..not at all, but I'm sure gains in LBM can be obtained with the proper dietOriginally Posted by gareth
