Body-Solid power rack, anybody have one?

I am thinking about getting a power rack for home. I don't have a spotter and want to get it on with some heavy stuff.

Anyone have the bigger Body-Solid power rack? Is it built good?

I do not have that exact piece of equipment, but I do have the Body Solid Smith Machine, Lat Pulldown, and a few other pieces.

I have a Body-Solid dual stack gym and it's built really well. The entire family uses the crap out of it with no problems.

I don't think I could go wrong with this rack, looks pretty beefy.

I have a Body Solid Power Rack in my home gym, but not the one pictured above. That one is called the heavy-duty rack or something? My rack has fewer spaces for the safety bars and I don't have the lat attachment yet.I purchased it about 18 months ago and it has survived two kids, two cats, three moves and a wife who thinks it doubles as a place to hang laundry. Not to mention all the abuse I give it.Definetly a good investment, and while it is very basic, it serves it's purpose(for lifting, not laundry).

My gym has one of these without the cable attachment. When the big guys squat, the rack nearly tips over when they rerack the bar. It's going to be bolted to a piece of plywood soon so this won't happen. I'm not a big fan of this thing. I don't think it has enough room and the cross bar on one end gets in the way when trying to use a bench. The best power rack I've used is an Icarian, but for home use, I think it would be fine. You might also look into York equipment. They have something similar.
