    We should all put our combined knowledge together and create the best chest routine..

    flat bench BB/DD alternate
    incline bench DD
    decline bench BB every other week
    dips 2 sets til failure

    The "perfect" chest routine won't be perfect for everyone.

    It depends on your goals as well.
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
