Thread: Body for life

I started with it years ago (its an old book now), it really helped me with my diet and gave me some good motivation.
I had already lifted off and on for years so I didn't use the routines as much but they are good for someone just starting into weight training.

All in all, its a great program to start with, just don't get caught up in all the supplements.

Scotty, did you get a body like those in the book? Do you have any before and after pictures?

Yes it did work!! I didnt' have a cam at the time but I did get my BF down to 9% from beeing around 18-20%, I've been around 14% for a couple years now.

I don't know if its worthwhile. It is great for beginners, if you really don't know anything but if you are seriously going to compete for the prize, you have to use EAS supplements which tend to be kinda pricey. I don't think someone already in shape is going to see major results with it unless they are using juice. But the book is interesting and has good tips to read for fun.
