No.........but.............put one end of the barbell in the corner and pile the plates onto the other end. Stand with the bar between your legs and use a V-grip handle under the bar and row away.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

I used a ghetto style t-bar row, too. I put a heavy DB on one side of the barbell, and wrap a v-bar around the other side. And then I load the 45's onto that side, and stradle the bar. Works great for hitting my midback.

that's my favorite way of doing them. you get a great stretch on the eccentric portion of the lift.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I bought this for $50 (US). It's well worth the money if you don't have access to a T-Bar machine.

Note, there's a bug on the page (in the database, actually) that prevents you from purchasing online. Just phone your order in.

It's a quality product. The padding is resistant to wear but very soft. It looks like it's hand made.
