im 72 kgs and id like a bit more muscle but i do so much cardio and love it .
i do a lot of jujitsu and a bit of boxing and weights.my fitness is at an all time peak for me and this is the best ive felt for ages but do you thinki this is overdoing it ?do i need more rest days . this is my normal week.
little more weights and less cardio would benefit, also try eating more (if ou want muscle) eat a lot more (i dont know your diet so be carefull when i say eat more)
if you want to build your body nicely you are going to need a routine that is changed every few months, i workout about 30 minutes 4 times a week, my workouts are very intense and i ignore everyone at the gym jus tto do my wokrout right. I also do Aikido and people dont understand how martial arts work much like cardio. when summer comes i also do boxing in my garage sometimes, but bottom line you will need to choose between muscularity and being like you are right now, it is possible to have both but you will need to consume many many calories a day to keep up with your body...
