    Sled Leg Press

    Hey guys,

When you're doing the leg press (sled version), do you ever ask for a spot? How would someone spot you on that?

And when you guys are doing the actual exercise, does your ass ever come off the seat (we're talking about the 45 degree sled here) cause that's usually the case with me.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I get spots. Push up on the weight flat itself.
