Exclamation I have a problem with my left muscles can anyone help?

My left bi and triceps and latissimus dorsi is clearly smaller than the other side . I have had this for a long time and I think that it's time to cure it. I don't know if this is the forum to post this but does anyone know a way to cure this ?
I'm trying to get it equal by working out with my left more than my right.
is there any kinds of machines that works the latissimus dorsi?

do left / right isolating exercises.

i.e. alternating dumbell curls as opposed to bb curls.

take the stronger only as far as the weaker can go. So 25 lbs alternating curls for exactley 6 reps each with 4 sets. Dont increase the weight for left or right.

    always lift heavy.

lat pull down, just use 1 hand, and use the V-Bar.

do a search for this kinda topic next time. Its posted atleast once a month if not more frequently
