    Your Input On Front Squats...

    I believe there better then regular sqats because you can isolate your front quads. And there easier on your back.

    I don't think they're easier on the back, other than most people can't do as much weight on front squats as they can on normal squats. They are also harder on the knees than regular squats imo.

    I agree I can't use as much weight on them either. They are a good variation.

    they definetly take some pressure off the low back. when I was rehabing some disc herniations in my low back that's all I did.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    they tend to hurt the sh!t out of my shinn's for some strange reason. I probably
    don't have the right form down pat. I really never do them anymore for that reason.

    I believe there better on your back because your more upright then regular squatting where you tend to lean forward more because the bar is on your traps.
