    Post Iron Magazines Routine

In this routine do i just lift the most i can for 6-8 reps, and I know i have been posting on here alot. but i know nothing about weightliffting and this site has been such a big help. If someone could give me a link that explains these excersies I know almost all of them but if there is a link or website that shows you how to do them or explains it that would be great.

Thats the same link I use game, its a good one and easy to use.

Broomstick, if your just starting, you can use the ironmag routine but I'd keep your reps at 8-10 till you get use to the movements.
You should be at almost failure by your 10th rep, once you can do at least 10 reps with no problem then up your weight.
    Cool
