    is this routine enough?

I want to know if my routine is alright, let me know what you think. I'm trying to bulk up a little. I do about 4 exercises per body part 3-4 sets between 6-10 reps. I vary exercises so I dont always do the same thing:

    day 1 shoulders/abs
    day 2 legs
    day 3 chest/back
    day 4 off

Any critiques and suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

I like the routine. I'd like to know more details so I can see if it would work for me. Types of exercises, how many reps, and what days. Email me at halonutt03@aol.com

I usually keep things pretty simple:

chest; either db or barbell bench
    incline db press
    dips
    flys db or pulley station
back; pull ups wide grip and close grip
    pull downs
    seated row
    romanian deadlift
shoulders; military press db or barbell
    upright row
    lateral raises
    front raises
    arms ( I forgot this in my first post befor my off day);
    preacher barbell curl
    preacher dumbell curl
    hammer curl
    seated alternating curl
    skull crushers
    kickbacks
    pushdowns
    rope pushdowns

    legs; squat
    sled
    leg extension, single leg alternating
    hamstring curl
for calves i do the stairmaster on my tip toes

its not always the same i change things here and there always between 6-12 reps and i make sure the last rep is the absolute last one i can do with out sacrificing form. Cardio; 20 min a day 3 days a week
