    2 sets incline bb bench
    3 sets French press

Everything is sets of 10..I use enough weight, I think.

    lifting..

I do not take any supplements ( Well beside weight gainer)
If you guys can help me out I would appreciate it...

Try cutting down to around 9 sets from your 15. Also, trying throwing in some flies and a dropset or two, once or twice a week. That's been working for me, it may work for you.

if you want to focus on a particular muscle group you should prioritize your workouts accordingly. start with mass building exercises when you have the most energy. ex.4-5 sets of fl. bench/ 3 sets of in. bench/ dips or decline bench, etc.
you should also do chest on a seperate day.

MY rountine is every other day and I do when I start out I do the max weight I can. Then slowly work down (either less intense excerise or less weight).
Like I said my arms are gretting big and my chest doesn't do a thing.. My chest doesn't even burn or feel tight when I'm finished working out...My arms and shoulders do though. Is that normal or am I under training my chest.

Man you guys rock for these answers
If you guys have anymore feed back, I can use all I can get..

I only work chest once a week, so I only do flies once a week.

Why dont you do 4 sets of flat and incline bench instead of and only do 2 for your pullovers if you must do those. I read that pullovers are not as effective as once thought. Also why are you talking about a chest routine and throwing in curls? I recommend you do biceps on back day and triceps on chest day. Thats what I do. Some might argue that triceps are fatigued after doing bench and biceps are fatigued after doing back so they should not be done on the same day. I am not sure though. But I definetly think if you want to work your chest more you should move more of your sets into the incline and flat bench.

Oh and what are French press?

French press: is a back excrise... bb is over head and slowly put it behind you head and back up (pause half way up and let it set for a few seconds the go all the way up).

The French Press, a.k.a. Skullcrushers, are considered a triceps exercise.
