I bought a barbell and dumbell set

A 100lb one to start off with. I know that some exercises are alike, for example dumbell bench press and barbell bench press, should I do both in my routine or just the barbell one?
Quitters never win and winners never quit but those who don't win or quit are idiots.

Lol your not going to get many responses with this question that holds no direction. Do them both. Read as much as you can in the training section of this forum before you start asking questions. Pretty much anything you can ask will already have been addressed in this forum somewhere. Try the search feature if your not finding what your looking for. And as for your question yes do both of them.

I prefer dumbbells because you get a bigger ROM and it's harder to do the movement, as well as added involvement of stabilizers. Plus I don't have a spotter, so it makes DBs all the more appealing.
