    Switch up a workout

    I was just goin to ask a quick ques and that is instead of doin back ext i was thinking bout doin good mornings instead would that be totally opposite of waht muscles i want to hit or it is a good exercise to swtich up every once in awhile

    Thats a good opption to do every other week.Good mornings are better because they use hamstrings as well as lower back where as back extensions only use lower back.
