    Need a chest :(

Ok, My chest is very small in proportion to the rest of my body so lately Ive tried to really focus on building a bigger chest. And after 2-3 months of hard work, what do I end up with? Huge front delts! It seems that no matter what excercise I do, all t works are my front delts. Can anyone tell me if theres a better way to focus on the pectorals, maybe (wide/close grip), Im not really sure.
    Any help is appreciated.

    post your current chest routine
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

There could be alot of reasons:
#1You really need to concentrate on using your pecs when when pushing the weight make sure squeze them when pushing
#2 try doing some decline work it takes the strain off the front delts
    #3 Try varying your grip
#4 There is a way that Flex does it that hits very good do a search on it,it was discussed extensivly a while back.
Having said all that im still trying to even my pecs out one still looks bigger than the other but it's starting to get better.
    Hope this helps ya

I was noticing it today when some kid I know asked me to spot him when I walked by the weight cage at my school. He was bringing the bar down, even on the flat bench, to his front delt right below his chin and near his neck. Its hard to tell what your doing wrong without your in depth routine, but this might be your problem, it sure was for the kid I was spotting today.
