    back muscles

I cant seem to get that burning sensation (the ones that you get the next morning after a workout) in my lat area. I usually do the lat. pulldowns, cable rows and some other rowing machines. I only feel it in my upper back (trapizieus). Am i doing something wrong?

I don't think you'll get much of a response for this because most everyone will tell you that the 'burn' doesn't matter. However, I know what you mean and I also like to feel like I've actually done something after my workouts. Hopefully someone will be kind enough to give some advice. I'd say to just make sure your form is impeccable. Otherwise, good luck.

    contrary..

Contrary to belief by many a burning sensation does not neccessarily mean you had a good workout, in fact all that the burning sensation is, is lactic acid, and your levels of lactic acid will reduce over time. You can still achieve goals and a gain without the burn. So don't sweat it, if your not all that sore afterwards.

I thought that sorness indicates that muscle fibers are broken and being built again.

Do you have a site where i can read up on?
