Alright, my question is when you do bi's and tri's after chest and back, do you need to warm them up before going heavy or are they rearing to go from the previous exercises?

I would say absolutely NOT. They're more than warmed up at that point!

i plateaud going heavy on back. Then doing biceps. For a month i didnt see any results in my biceps in terms of strength or size.
