    ..Is one day

    ..Enough recovery ( rest ) time?

    I was still feeling the soreness ( ' After Burn ' ) of Mondays sesion on my Bi's and Shoulders..

    ..Today, i had Tri's and Chest

    My chest feels worked but my Tri's hardly feel worked..

    ..Where as my shoulders and Bi's feel like they've had a full workout, Again

    I'm putting it down to not having enough resting days..

    ..What do you think?

    ...Ill be waiting for your response ( Post ) !

    ...By the way soreness ( ' After Burn ' ) aka DOMS ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness ) does not signify quality of workout or Muscle Hypertrophy ( Muscle Growth ). It really only signifies fatigue ( Tirednesssss ).

    Tuesday -
    Biceps - BB Curl, DB Curl, DB Incline Curl
    Shoulders - BB Shoulder Press, BB Behind Neck Press, BB Upright row

    Thursday -
    Tricep - DB Kick Back, DB Tricep Extention, BB Tricep Extension
    Chest - BB Bench Press, DB Fly, Pull Over

    Sunday -
    Back - BB Squat, DB Squat
    ..Here's my routine!

    I always exersice to failure.. =/

    ..Im gona shift my Thursday routine to friday and leave 48 houres between them

    shoulders, triceps and chest all use the triceps. Volume is probably too much on each.
