how to gian strength and size on limited supps.

hi my name is matt and i am 17 years old, 6'5 and 265 pounds.
i am currently at job corps and they do not allow anything even vitamins. but i do sneak in protein creatine and methoxy powder. i also eat well. round 350 grams protein and 400 grams carbs with 65 grams fat.
i usually do 6 workouts for each muscle group with 4 sets in each, either 12-8-5-5, or 12-10-8-6. i workout 4-5 days a week and have added weight but not much strength. my arms are 17.25, calves are 19, chest is 52, shoulders 62, and waist 36(i know waist needs work.) any info on better strength training would be great. ohh and i take 1200mg methoxy in 3 doses per day, 12 grams creatine, and 3 protein shakes.

You need to cut down your workouts imo.For me when training for strength for example on chest day.I only do Bench press 4 set of a 10 rep warm up then 8 reps,6 and then 2-4.Then i do either incline or decline dumbell, for 3 sets of 8,6,4.

I know when your in the gym it may not seem a lot but give it a few weeks and i bet your strength shoots up,just remember to keep the weights as heavy as you can go.

Everyones seen the guys in the gym who do 8 different exercises of 4 sets for each body part. And everytime you see them their still lifting the same weights, but yet they cant see the problem.
    Raised like a Pitbull,
    My heart pumps nitro.

Exactly what I was thinking. Are they just too dumb to tell the difference between a good multi or too lazy to check them out make sure they arent anything "bad". If they dont let you take vitamins how the HECK are getting away with the creatine and protein? Anyways I would say the same thing as was said above...cut back abit on your workouts, go heavier than usual with a few less reps per set. Alot of powerlifters only do 3 or 4 sets of a certain excercise with probably no more than 4 or 6 reps and working down to a 2 rep set at the end with as close to their max as possible.

I Said I Sneak Stuff In - I Sneak It In Different Food Containers, I Also Sneak In My Animal Pak Vitamins. They Are So Dumb On That Stuff. I Could Get Kicked Out For That But To Me The Risk Is Worth It.
