    Targeting Muscles

    OK im relatively new to weight lifting, so can sumone tell me which machines target which muscles?? thanx and if im looking for upper body strength which machines/free weights should i be using?

    That question is a little narrow and could be answered with tons of information. Without knowing what type of equipment you have available to you, it's hard to answer.

    I have a link below that you should go to. The site is really good for learning about what type of exercises can target which muscles and groups. Go check it out for awhile, I'm sure you will get some great ideas. Then come back if you have additional questions.

    For overall size and strength use the basics: bench press, military press, rows, pull-downs, barbell curls, french press, squats.
