I feel your pain.
I haven't been to the gym for five days and my gym is closed until Tuesday! I'm starting to get VERY antsy, my body is going through withdrawl or something. I tried going to other gyms and getting a try out membership, it seems that the gyms here (here being London), at least the ones I've been to, don't do that. Any thoughts on what I can do to quell this feeling?
I've tried running but cardio just doesn't have the same effect.

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
Thats why i have a back up plan, i got weights at home in case anything like that happens! Then again, working out in my smelly hot shed doesnt beat going to a nice air conditioned gym
me too! I feel like I'm already gaining fat and losing muscle....
I have to eat stictly until its open again
Since i haven't been able to workout since monday![]()
most independant gyms will let you lift for 5 bucks or something for the day.

It takes more than a week to start loosing muscle because of not training. It's in your head.
