    Routine Recommendation

I've been doing gopro's split for the past four months and when I started off I had great gains. However, onto my second cycle, i've noticed that i've had no gains whatsoever (even on lifts, it seems i've plateaued off), so i'am considering changing to something else.

My main goal for now is to reduce bodyfat and I need a new routine to follow. I've heard good things about HIT, and the Westside Barbell routine, other then that i'am lost.

    Any thoughts?

from what i hear, mostly all people do not have problem with gopro's p/rr/s, you may want to talk to him directly and explain your situation so he could help you solve the problem. it may just be something with your on/off periods for the program, or what your training with, just my opinion though

doing the same thing for 4 months has probably left you in a plateau. You need to make a change.

I formulate my own, actually. You could cycle more often than P/RR/S (I think it's like every four weeks you change from P to RR to S, but I'm not sure). So you could just change every week, or do different sets with different goals each time, or change your exercises, weights, reps, intensity, volume, diet, anything.

You probably already knew all that and you were probably looking for more specific advice. Sorry about that. Perhaps someone else can get more specific and/or helpful, or perhaps I reminded you about something you forgot.

how do you know your making gains if your trying to loose bf?

you can not gain muscle if you dont eat and you cant loose bf if you dont have an appropriate diet (an optimal diet makes it nearly impossible to gain muscle at any decent speed).

You just need to have something like a caliper to find the mass of your lean body tissue.

Try taking an entire week off, then come back. That could possibly be what you need. If it is, you'll come back stronger.

Yeah take a week off. It's hard, but you'll feel re-energized and possibly stronger when you come back.

I've taken my break already this week being my spring break.

Should I just go back to doing gopro's routine, or should I find something else to do.
