Cheers 4 da "advice" on smoking............

a lot of people in here seem to have a big attitude problem. Im a moron?? ive probably got more intelligence and knowledge than most of the guys in here but my problem is that it doesnt cover the area of bodybuilding. And yes i, like everybody else, know the effects of smoking and dont need a lesson on the harms of smoking from some over zealous idiots. I simply asked how much it would impact on the muscle building process because unaware to a lot of people in here that is not the most common piece of knowledge. AND A LOT OF PEOPLE SMOKE HASH SO GET OVER IT and i smoke abou one spliff a week and have never smoked a cigarette in my life so chillax

I agree with you, if you read the post I made I said I don’t think your thread was stupid, the only thing you didn’t say was how much you smoke it, which obviously the more the greater chance of any side effects like all drugs, In my opinion smoking now and then like you say wont effect your muscle building to be noticed.

Some people are just rude argumentative morons and will pick you up on things beyond what you meant in the first place..... Just ignore them.

After all Arnold and Bruce Lee smoked hash now and then (Bruce did quite a bit) and they were the best in the world at what they did. Not like the people on this board.

And the moral of the story is, smoke hash everyone. You'll achieve greatness.

What better way is there to justify your actions than with the stupidity of others (rolls eyes)?

It's people like you who cause accidents and kill innocent people. If you wanted to smoke and it didn't affect anyone else, guess what? No one would care. It's when it ruins other people's lives that it becomes a problem. If you're too weak to pull yourself away from one poor decision that turned into a habit, that's your problem. Get over it.

okay. if smokin hash did affect your muscle gains would you stop smoking?? if the answer is yes, then that means you have enough will power to quit all together.
why dont you try and find out the answer to your own question. go a couple months without smoking and see if you make better gains than you would if you were still smoking.
