i made the mistake of not reading all the feedback before my last reply so i have a fe more choice words. Firstly i live in ireland and i was caught with a kilo and didnt get locked up so and that was a long time ago.the most id ever have now is an ounce and youd be lucky to get arrested for that let alone go to jail. so to the paranoid fool who says you would be locked up if i keep smokin .thats not true. seecondly a lot of people DO need anger management classes. thats probably a side effect of shovelling all sorts of drugs into their system to "help" encourage growth, yet they lecture me, who has never smoked a cigarette in my whole life, who smokes maybe a joint a week and for all the americans in here, hash is much weaker than weed. i may not have huge muscles at the moment or be a "professional" bodybuilder but im probably much healthier than a lot of people in here and all i was looking for was some "helpful" advice. Thanks to the few who had helpful comments, for the rest...... get a life!
ahahaha.. foxy, you can clearly see that a majority of people here dont have advice to give you besides dont smoke. the people on this forum are very serious about the sport and are just giving you their honest opinions. if you dont like the advice they have for you, then sorry. as much as people are welcome here.. some negative people are just as welcome to leave.
"Success does not necessarily mean advancement;... it refers to the accomplishment or sense of achievement one obtains from trying one's best... I...enjoy the process of become stronger and more muscular."
