    Good progress....

    Not really a training question so sorry mods.

    Just got some new pictures up in the gallery and for the first time today compared how I looked last August/Sept to how I am looking now.

    Didn't realize the change til I checked out the pics!

    congrats, i just started 4 weeks ago and i posted pics of mine up before i started. After 4 weeks i have gained weight and muscle mass and cannot wait until the summer. Then ill post pics of myself again and maybe ill get a good feeling like you did.

    great job guys.

    pictures are the way to go. It is really hard to see your progress a lot of times since you look at yourself everyday in the mirror and are looking for (and in most cases expecting) some progress every time you look. It is easy to get discouraged. Keeping pics is a great way to see yourself evolve. It is a lot of fun to look back at things like that.

    Great progress. Definately see a big difference!
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
