    3 day work out routine

hi, i have been asked to sort out a three day routine for my m8, and im not to sure on how to apporach it, this is what i have come up with so far and feel free to critise

    day 1 - chest bi's and tris
day 2 - shoulders, traps and back
    day 3 - legs

the only thing im not sure about is day 2 including back and maybe legs should be brocken up and put back on day 3? but not to sure on breaking leg routine up

    That looks good to me.

You might put a day of rest between back and legs but there isn`t a hell of a lot of options with only 3 days.

Wouldnt suggest cardio on leg days. Better to do cardio on off days. Dont forget he needs to fix his diet as well, else results will be minimal to negligable.

Too much cardio will not help. He will end up loosing LBM. Diet is key to loosing OR gaining. Else tell him not to expect much.

    drop the reps to 8-10.

btw there is no such thing as "toning"

and as for the bodybuilder look, one of my friends lifts every day and has been doing so for years.... doesnt look the least bit like a bodybuilder because he doesn't eat like one.
    cutting sucks.
