If time is the issue, and you have a few spare quid, you can purchase a decent bench, squat rack, and adjustable DBs and workout at home.

    It's what I do.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I have the exact same equpment and it's working quite well for me, however try purchasing a bench.
Man can now fly through the air like a bird , swim beneath the ocean like a fish and burrow under the ground like a mole , and if he could only walk the earth like a man......this would truly be paradise.http://www.mwscomp.com/movies/grail/...s/n_sr-not.jpg

they work perfectly, if you need to add weight with pushups, wear a backpack with something in it, same for pullups, and situps (wear it on the front, or put something on your chest). i did that when i started dieting and exercise and worked my way with no equipment from where i started, 350, to where i fianlly got equipment and started lifting a lot heavier, 180... went from 10 pushups to 150. they work better than most people think
