Anything wrong with doing chest after a back day? Parts of my upper body are sore IE chest and bi's ha. I dont know if I should mess with neighboring muscles.

You use your lats with pressing movements, so I prefer to do chest before back day myself.

Do you do a chest/biceps & back/triceps split? If so, it's not the best idea. Your triceps get a good workout when you bench and the biceps get a good workout when you row. If not, you should be fine. Again, if you are, change to a chest/triceps and back/biceps split.
Just my two cents.

I keep chest/tricep and back/bicep stuff together. Dont't even even feel like I need to do direct arm work while keeping them together, they get worked enough.
OH yea thanks for the quick responses. You guys are the shit.

i do chest and bis and then back and tris, i prefer it as i can really [push my tris hard on tris and back and then on chest and bis, i push the bis really hard so i dont have doms in both bis and tris at same time. works well for me i think as i also do forearms on bi day and pulls ups on back and tri day
chest comes before back in my book, for the same reason that mudge mentioned.
