Tonight I did HIIT for a short time, for the first time. Boy did that make me tired
I have been kinda confused on what I exercises I should start doin. I think Ima start doing HIIT in the morning (after eating an all that good stuff) and weights in the afternoon/evening. I will do this while eating healthy(vegetables, fruits, protein, oats an stuff). I hope I am able to burn ass fat while getting stronger as well... Im also taking some whey, glutamine, and creatine before an after cardio. Should i take creatine/glutamine before weights too?
