Advice on my 3 day Split?

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
My schedule is getting nuts and I have to cut back from a 4 day to a 3 day split. I have narrowed it down to 3 options and was hoping to get some opinions as to what they feel is optimal in their opinion.

A) Day 1-Chest and Arms/ Day 2-Legs/ Day 3-Back and Shoulders
B) Day 1-Chest and Tris/ Day 2-Legs and Shoulders/ Day 3-Back and Bis
C) Day 1-Chest and Back/ Day 2-Legs/ Day 3-Shoulders and Arms

What do ya think? Option A, B or C and why?

Thanks

I choose (B). Its the best for a 3 day split.

I like to do letter (c) personally. They are all okay if you ask me though.

id go with C. it gives you the ability to recover your muscles from one workout to the next. your tris will get a workout doing chest, and your bis will get a workout from doing your back. go with C.

They are gonna be some long workouts if you do (C). Arms and Shoulders will take forever. Chest and Back, long.

huh? chest and arms will be longer than chest/back. C is the best balanced. if you do the same excercises, no matter how you split them up, youll spend the same amount of time in the gym each week.

I've never done a 3 day split. but I like A the best. you can knock out front delts with pressing movements for chest then on Day 3 all you need to do is hit up some lateral raises and maybe only a couple of sets of rear delt work directly. they get hit pretty good with BB rows, etc.

i like B, its the most efficient 3 day split IMO, i'd go with that (FYI that is my exact cutting split, along with 3 days of HIIT cardio on off-days)
