    Food, Sleep, ETC

Well I need to know what to eat for lunch like something that is high in protein; like ham but I do not know if that will go bad if i stuff in a bag and bring to school.

Also sleep I goto bed at 9-10 pm and wake up at 6 what should I do about that since I have trouble sleeping and I have problems with myself because I am like always sick what should I do???

My friend is hiring a personal trainer to try and get in better shape then I so I need to keep it up.

Another question, how do you stretch your bicep muscles for a warmup??

Should be OK so long as you don't leave your'e bag in the sun all morning. Chicken would be better. Ham is OK but a bit fatty.

    Ummmmmmmmmm............
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

in terms of food. Dont eat fried food, fast food, processed food, pre-packaged meals. Stick with real food.

Great ideas for lunch is a steach and cheese sandwhich. Chicken breast sandwhich? Beef? Tuna?

btw read the sticky in the diet/nutrition section. Guide to cutting and bulking. Download the "shopping list" document. Thay will give you an idea of ideals foods.

Sometimes I think it'd be fun to experiment with having a PT (to see how bad they can be), but I'm not going to pay money just to try an experiment.

i havent been sick in about 4 years (if i get a sniffy nose or something it goes away within the day, and usually only get it if i work in the freezer or something for the day lol). all thanks to eating right.... if you eat right you dont need a trainer and you wont get sick. read the stickies in the diet and nutrition section, and for gods sake buy a bad type cooler to put food in if your taking it with you, a small one will do
