Need a routine.

First of I want to introduce my self, im new to the forum. My name is Mario Avallone and im 14 years old. I have been going to the gym n fooling around wit weights. Now that my arms are getting bigger, I realized that I need a routine that will get my arms big. If some one can get me a good routine to do, id be verry happy. Thanks.

Are you saying you only want to train your arms? That's a bad idea.

Strange logic.

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
