I've been fairly lucky so far with physical injuries, haven't had any yet. The only stupidity I have commited also involves women. I'd have to say getting caught multiple times violationg the "3 second stare rule" while the girl was working legs would have the be the worst crime i've commited in the gym

When I first began going to the gym, I went to use the leg press, and there were about 5 45 lb weights on each side. I looked around and didnt see anyone..tried to make eye contact with anyone in the area to see if someone was in the middle of a set, and didnt see anyone, so I began taking all the weights off. This HUGE dude comes running from the bathroom yelling that he wasnt done yet, and how insulted he was that I thought he had left all those weights on the machine. I was completely mortified.
