    Simple as simple gets

Alright people, Ive grown tired of trying to come up with these complicated splits, set and rep schemes, etc.
What ive decided to do is make the simplest, no-brainer workout routine that I feel will take some of the guess work out of everything, allowing me to just go to the gymn and bust my ass with a simple scheme. Here it goes, easy to follow, maybe not the most optimal of routines, I know some of you may think its goofy that im doing the same amount of sets for bis as chest but i love its simplicity.

2 movements for each muscle group, same set and rep scheme- roughly 12,8,7,5. The last 2 movements are performed to total failure.

    M-Chest, Abs, Tris
    T- 3 mile jog
    W-Quads, Shoulders, Calves
    TH-3 mile jog
    F- Back, hams, bis
    S- 3 mile jog
Su- 3 mile jog or rest.

    Whataya think?

Simple indeed. Looks a little time consuming though. It'll take some serious dedication. What's one of your workouts look like?

    Monday

A couple sets of pushups for warmup

    Bench Press- 12,8,7,6
    Flyes- 12,12,10,8

    Skull Crushers-12,10,10,5
    Triceps pushdown-12,12,8,8

Decline situps-4 sets, generally to failure
Another ab excercise- 4 sets, generally to failure

Ill usually take most of my sets close to failure but not usually all the way unless its the last set of the movement. I do not come close to failure on my first set of each movement. I will be doing hard stretching at the completion of each last set for each movement.

    Thanx for the input guys.
