    Bmi

I think determining if your fit or not by using only your BMI is BS.

So if someone is 6' 7 (79 inches), and they weigh 225 LB's, then your BMI is 25.3 which is technically out of the range of being "fit." That range would be 18.5 - 24.9. Wth? I weigh more than this, but I have a friend who is around this size and he is not big at all.

I agree my BMI is at 28.5 which is considered over weight, but I'm only 12% BF.

the BMI is garbage. It does not take into account body composition which is far more important than a height:weight ratio.

Take your bodyweight and mutiply it by 703. Now take that number and divide it by your height in inches. Then divide by your height in inches a second time.

Where the hell did they get 703 from anyways?
