    4-5 days a week..

Hey, I'm more of a beginner than anything. Right now i'm trying to do a work out that is something like this:
    M:Chest
    T:Bi/Tris
    W:Legs
    TH:Shoulders
    Fri:Back
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off

Is this to much, I know it works for some people. Let me know.

That's pretty close to what I have been doing lately, and it works for me. (Sometimes I'll do my legs again at some point during the weekend if I have the time and the energy.) I wouldn't say it's too much unless you are doing a TON of sets each day. If you overdo it early in the week then you'll be beat by the time your back day comes around!

Would you say your a hard gainer or easy? How much cardio are you doing?

If you want muscles to grow they need rest so a day off in the middle of the week is always good. Try combining chest/back or chest/bi's, back/tri's.

Not doing much of any cardio and i certainly am a hard gainer.. What do you think. I'm seeing result, but more on the tone side.. Can't say I'm building much mass, and I want to.

If you are a hard gainer, then your diet is very important. Eat, eat, eat... then eat some more. Limit your wrokouts to about 9-12 sets per body part, and work each part once a week (twice at most). You need to gain weight. Don't do any cardio until it's time to cut some fat off.
