I didn't see that you're 11 yrs old.. Honestly, it's great, but be active in other sports also, play some baseball, basketball ect... Eat plenty of good quality foods..
im sticking to 6 meals a day,an orange or banana in between evry 2 meals and not drinkin anything but milk water and orange juice
here is my schedule:
day1: 25 push ups when i wake and before i go 2 bed
day 2:25 sit ups wen i wake,wen i get home, and before bed
day 3: OFF
day 4: cardio(jogging,biking,or walking) for 20-30 min
day 5: OFF
day 6: 25 lunges and squats when i wake up,25 before bed(of both)
then back to day 1
i think that is a reasonable amount,cuz im ALWAYS outside(im only on the compy,eating or sleeping in my house) other than that i am outside alot
oh, btw,im 11 and i am 5'4 and 130 lbs
