2.) -Curling weight staying the same.

    -34 lbs (1 set : 10 reps) using ez-curl bar standing up.
    -24 lbs (1 set : 10 reps) using ez-curl bar standing up.

lol fashong, every post i've seen on here from you is only about biceps. You're really not going to grow if you only do biceps. You need to do chest/back/shoulders/tri/legs/abs as well. If you keep doing arms, eventually your going to have huge arms with a small chest and chicken legs unless you have good genetics. As for your questions, i won't answer them because i'm not a bodybuilding expert but you need to decide what it's right for you. Read the stickies and research for yourself.

just remember. You are only 14 years old. You will continue to grow and get stronger. There arn't many 14 year olds out there that have the dedication and desire to lift. Just keep eating, sleeping, and lifting. It takes time.

As long as you do it clean and don't take steroids, lifting will not shorten your life. If you are fit throughout life you will be healthier, happier, and most likely live longer.

But then again if you lift and look good, hot girls will want to date you and marry you. Dating/Marrying a high maintenance hot girl can wear you out and shorten your life. So lift at your own risk

Lifting IMO can more produce quality of life than lengthen it. Lifting a weight isn't going to help you much if you are chugging donuts and foods which clog your arteries.

as far as your bicep routine goes, it looks to me that you need to at some variety to it. try doing alternating dumbell curls, concentration curls, and preacher curls..those are just a few things you could do to mix it up. Also, working other body parts will help your biceps getting bigger and stronger because your body will produce more HGH or human growth hormone. hope i could be of some help.

You have to grow old, but you don't have to be old.

I wish i had a forum like this when i was 14..I screwed everything up, overtrained, wrong exercises, bad diet, i was sore all the time and miserable.

As far as curls, I do one warm up set at 50 percent then go full out for 3 sets, being sure to have my weight give me total failure in set 3, then to failure again doing strong range partials. I do the curls sitting down as well. If you like standing up try a reverse grip to put more strain on your biceps (since its an ez curl bar)..
