If that is true, your left should be weaker then your right so maybe do dumbell bench presses and just stop when your left arm reaches faliure.

You could do drop sets and negative and all that for your left side but you might end up overtraining it.

Its probably just shaped differently, which you can't change and is not entirely uncommon.

If that's the case, then just switch hands for awhile. It will be awkward at first, but true love cannot be denied.

Seriously though I personally dont have a problem with this but if you do feel your pec when going through "the motions" the pec is firing/flexing.

use dumbells, if using the barbell and one side is stronger than the other there is a tendancy for your stronger side to take more of the weight, by using dumbells your going to be lifting the exact same poundages on both sides, so your indifferences should be corrected, if not it might just be genetic like mudge said

u know the saying..."no two sides alike?" i hear one side gets more use than the other? One hand is bigger? Also, the other foot (same side) is bigger? (wider) .... only seems to fair to have a bigger pec? (same more often used side) i would imagine?

it happens my left pec seems to be taking a slightly better shape than my right, even though they still ahve shit loads of work to do on em and i cant wait to finish college and start proper diet as my weight is staying the bloody same. anyway im right handed so its not cause of wan*ing. generally when i started training my right side was stronger than left but it is beigining to sort out, as i allways train my left as much as i do for right, i notice it most on barbell curls as last 2 reps can be considrably harder than on right arm. keep training both the same and youll be fine
