    "Stripping technique"

Im sure you guys know this, its where u start off on a heavy weight and do so many reps, then after that take some of the weights off and do another set of reps, then take some more weights off then do more reps...basically until you're down to barely nothing yet you can barely lift it

Would this be good for bulking?

I believe this is know as HIT or High Intensity Training and as far as I know it is very good for bulking.

I try to incorporate this technique once every week or 2. It is very tiring and I am guessing not too good to do all the time. I have made good gains since doing this routine.

its great. Basically your pyramiding down.

works well, doing it too much volume can lead to over training. Also it is very time consuming. But yeah itll work. As long as there is a peak overload in there.

I do this and it works well for me. I use it mostly because i train alone and use it to get a few more reps done since i dont have a spotter. It probably is considered dropsets as well
