How have you been around for 600+ posts and you still dont know what a superset is. A superset is when you do one lift and then immediatly after do another. Im not sure if this is a good example but do lets say bent over rows then immediatly following the set do bicep curls.

ahh i see lol, so on my work out for tomoz ive got an added forearm work out which says superset, so for..

    Week 3
    -Superset: Reverse Wrist Curl/Reverse Curl…1 x 9-12 each
    -Superset: Reverse Wrist Curl/Hammer Curl…1 x 9-12 each
    -Dropset: Barbell Wrist Curl…1 x 9-12, drop, 6-8 more
-Plate Holds (Grip a pair of either 25, 35, or 45 lb plates in between your thumb and other 4 fingers and hold them by your sides until you are about ready to drop them)…1 x max time

i would do a super set of "Superset: Reverse Wrist Curl/Reverse Curl…1 x 9-12 each" these two ahve a break then do a super set of these 2 "-Superset: Reverse Wrist Curl/Hammer Curl…1 x 9-12 each". im guessing a drop set is where you drop the weight slightly and do another set straight away

might seem bad 600 posts but remember i only started a proper split when i joined this forum, still have things to learn

Yea sounds like you understand superset now. Pretty much doing two different motions back to back.
