    p/rr/s questions

    i kno i shudda done a search on this but its kinda late and i didnt have time and im super psyched bout p/rr/s.. i plan on starting it tmmrw.
    hey all, is it okay to add some HITT cardio into the p/rr/s workouts?
    how long should you keep on the cycle before you take a week off?
    can anyone explain these exercises this is gonna sound noobish:
    pullover
    hyperextension
    front squat
    stiff arm pulldown
    thnks all.

    Yes, you can utilize HIIT cardio along with your P/RR/S workouts. I recommend 3 full cycles (9 weeks total), before you take a week off.

    As for the exercises, I am sure if you google each one you will find excellent descriptions of each on the web.

    thnks gopro.. im all set.
    im so pumped to get this up and going.

    the only thing that i noticed today on my first day (chest/delt/abs) is that it says rest for about 3-4 minutes between each set, but for some reason im ready to go after about 2 minutes rest, is it because im not goin heavy enough? i feel pretty spent after the set but i am ready to go after about 2 minutes of rest??

    You might not be pushing hard enough yet. If you feel completely ready to go again, don't feel that you HAVE to wait longer. As time goes by you will begin to generate even more intensity and your body will NEED to rest more.
