What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
Start a journal if you haven't already. And keep a big azz spiral notebook with you when you train if you can't remember it until you post. I am a pretty simple person and this has worked well for me for several years now. Pretty hard to delete or erase whole journals by accident.
If you want fancy computer stuff, talk with Fletch. He is a veritable master at using Excel. I am sure MSworks will have it too if you don't have access to excel.
yeah, If your somewhat computer literate Excel is the way to go, one can state the exercise and then in the open box next to the column..you can post write what you did say 80lbs-6reps..and print it out.


I just use a notepad, but plotting/graphing in excel could be "neat" if you want to view it on a line graph.
It would be much easier to plot size changes though, unless you actually entered maximums for your lifts or something.
If I want to know how I am doing progress wise I just flip back through the past workouts. Its old fashioned but it works ok.
