    Sample Weekly Schedules

    Hey I thought it would be interesting, and informal to others if you guys would share with the forum a brief overview of your weeks lifting schedule. I am not sure if I am feeling good about what I am doing. I had to take a break from lifting for some time because of a shoulder separation and I dont feel like I am being as effective as I had been. Right now I am trying to do something like this;

    Mon: Legs
    Tues: Chest/Tris
    Wed: Back/Bis
    Thurs: HIIT
    Fri: Off
    Sat: Bis/Tris/Shoulders
    Sun: Off

    Any feedback would be good. Also if you have any other weekly outlines that you believe are effective, please share.
